During the initial one hour consultation,
we begin by taking a comprehensive case history. We
discuss your individual health goals, lifestyle and
dietary habits, symptoms and genetic predisposition.
Based on this, a realistic and practical nutritional
programme is designed. The programme may include recommendations
for gradual dietary changes - such as introducing new
foods or restricting others, lifestyle changes, a nutritional
supplement programme and biochemical tests.
Follow-up appointments are scheduled
as required and ongoing support is available.
